DAN SCHUMAN

Dan Schuman is Vice President of the M&O Companies and for over 30 years as helped hundreds of customers with their environmental and specialty insulation needs. Dan has a wide range of experience and knowledge of construction and has worked extensively in the commercial and industrial markets in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Dan has built a solid reputation in the industry and enjoys relationships with people both inside and outside the company. He specializes in planning multiple projects concurrently and has skill in developing business opportunities, estimating, sales, project management and safety. Dan has demonstrated a level of consistent results each year by taking care of people first.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing at Governors State University. He holds several certifications and licenses relating to the Insulation industry. He is an NIA Certified Insulation Energy Appraiser, IDPH Licensed Asbestos Inspector and Supervisor, as well as a IDEM Licensed Asbestos Project Supervisor and Inspector, with 10 hours of OSHA training. He also holds industry affiliations with the Chief Engineers Association of Chicagoland and is the Director of the Illinois Environmental Contractors Association.

In his free time, Dan coaches’ baseball and hockey, and loves to play golf. He is also a group leader at the Parkview Christian Church.
